Bombon was the PERFECT bakery for us! We had our wedding at The Allerton
Hotel in Chicago and Bombon was the bakery that worked with The Allerton.
The owner of Bombon was fantastic to work with. From the first
conversation, to the tasting, to the wedding, she was polite, professional,
and perfect! Our wedding cake was simply BEAUTIFUL. The decoration was
simple, yet sophisticated. It was colorful, yet calm. It was the perfect
cake for us. The taste was exquisite and almost every single one of our
guests commented on how much they loved the cake. We were incredibly lucky
to find Bombon through The Allerton and I would recommend Bombon to any
bride that wants to feel like she has the most perfect cake in the world!
THANK YOU again for the wonderful cake on Saturday. As soon as I get back my professional photo’s I will send you pictures!!
it looked GREAT!!!Just wanted to let you know I dropped of the marble cake platter at the
West Loop location (on Ashland) for you around lunch time today!!Thanks again,Laura & Rian
Choosing Laura and Bombon to do our wedding cake was one of the best
wedding planning decisions we made. Meeting with Laura for our cake
tasting was by far one of the most pleasant wedding planning experiences
we had. First off the cakes at Bombon are AMAZING, they have unique
flavors and we thought were much better tasting than a traditional wedding
cake. We really appreciated the personal attention Laura gave us while
choosing flavors and designing our cake. You can really feel her passion
for her product and customers; and my husband and I could not have been
happier to support a local family owned business. But most importantly
we received so many compliments on the cake from guests who agreed it was
one of the best tasting wedding cakes they had ever tried.
I just wanted to say thanks again and let you know how beautiful the cakes
were!! They were soooo delicious and I could not have been more impressed
with the presentation of cupcakes as well as grooms cake. Jared was
shocked and it was awesome, the only bad thing was that he never got to
taste his own whiskey cake! what a bummer! :-(You were the best to
